Scented By Shayian offers free shipping (excludes recipients in Alaska & Hawaii) on domestic orders over $75!

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note, processing time may vary during sales or new product launches. Once the package is retrieved and scanned by a carrier, your package may be in transit for an additional 2-5 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is shipped and a tracking number, which can be used to track your package.

At check out, please double-check your order and confirm that your item and shipping information is correct. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or incorrect shipping address. If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Summer Months

During the summer months, we only ship Monday-Wednesday. Our products are made from natural soy wax which is soft and delicate. We take extra precaution to make sure your candles arrive to you safe and sound. Be sure to track your package with the tracking number that you receive in your email. Do not leave your items in a hot mailbox or sitting in direct sunlight for an extended period of time upon delivery.
