Yes, proper wick trimming and candle care contribute to a safe and enjoyable candle experience.

We have a candle care section that gives some tips on how to best care for your candle.

Wet spots refer to patches or areas on the surface of a soy wax candle where the wax appears to have pulled away from the container or formed unevenly, creating a translucent or “wet” appearance.

Wet spots occur due to the natural characteristics of soy wax. Soy wax has a higher tendency to shrink and pull away from the container as it cools and solidifies, even if the candle was poured and set correctly.

Wet spots do not affect the candle’s burn time or fragrance. They are purely a cosmetic issue and do not impact the performance or quality of the candle.

While we can minimize wet spots by preheating containers, pouring at the right temperature, and allowing gradual cooling, they can still occur due to soy wax’s characteristics.

Wet spots are a normal occurrence and not considered a defect. They do not affect the candle’s performance or safety.

Scent notes are the aromatic elements that create the captivating fragrances in our candles. Each candle is crafted with a thoughtfully curated combination of scent notes. Here's a breakdown of how scent notes work:

  • Top Notes: These are the initial impressions that hit your nose when you experience the fragrance. Top notes create the first delightful burst of aroma.
  • Middle Notes(Heart Notes): As the top notes dissipate, the middle notes take center stage, forming the heart of the fragrance. They are more balanced and enduring, adding complexity and depth to the scent.
  • Base Notes: The base notes provide the foundation and longevity of the fragrance. They are rich, warm, and often sensual and lingers on your skin and in the air. These notes ground the fragrance and leave a lasting impression.

Absolutely! We encourage you to give your glass candle vessel a second life, adding a touch of sustainability and creativity to your world. Here's a little guide on how to repurpose your candle vessel:

  • Once your candle has burned completely and the wax has cooled, it's time to clean the vessel. Gently remove any remaining wax residue using a spoon or butter knife. Be cautious not to scratch or damage the glass. To remove stubborn wax, you can place the vessel in the freezer for a couple of hours. This will cause the wax to shrink and become easier to remove.
  • Fill your sink or a bowl with warm, soapy water and place the vessel inside. Allow it to soak for a little while to loosen any remaining wax or residue. Then, use a soft cloth or sponge to clean the inside and outside of vessel.
  • Now that you have a clean and empty vessel, it's time to get creative! There are countless ways to repurpose it. Use it as a flower vase, a pen holder, or a container for small trinkets.

Wax melts are scented pieces of wax that are melted using a wax warmer or tea light to release fragrance.

Place a wax melt in the warmer's dish and heat it until the wax melts, releasing the fragrance. When done, let the wax solidify and reheat when desired.

Yes, you can reuse them until the scent dissipates. Once the fragrance is gone, you can replace the wax with a new one.

To clean the warmer, let the wax cool and harden, then gently remove it. You can also place the warmer in the freezer for a short time to make removal easier.

Our wax melts are handcrafted with the same premium fragrance oils that make our candles stand out. They are also free of dyes, phthalates, propellants, and other synthetic ingredients, ensuring a clean and luxurious scent experience.
