Returns & Refunds
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles, wax melts & massage bars cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note, we also do not offer returns or exchanges on change of mind purchases. However, we will be more than happy to replace or refund products damaged during transit if photographic proof of damage and receipt are submitted to support@scentedbyshayian.com within 72 hours of arrival.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Candles that have been misused are not considered defective. Defects and damage are tunneling, broken candle upon delivery, and wick will not light.
